Thor names new RV Group president.
Bob Martin was President of Keystone RV Company when we had all our problems with them. Thor Industries is rewarding him for his despicable practices of building dangerous and inferior products as cheaply as can be and for not providing customer service. Keystone RV Company under Bob Martin did not stand behind their product. Dealers refused to look at and provide warranty work because they said, “Keystone does not pay.” This is how Martin made money for the company. Keystone has no loyalty towards their customers and doesn’t even acknowledge them. As we were told, “You didn’t buy it from us, you bought it from your dealer.” Keystone does not care because they figure someone else, unknowingly will always come along and buy one of their poor quality trailers. In my opinion, when you reward that type of business practice, you set a low standard for all brands in the Thor Industries line. The American RV Consumers deserve better than that!

I have only owned my so called brand new 2014 keystone fuzion toy hauler travel trailer floor plan 301 for 10 weeks refrigerator not working microwave died tv started smoking and died crank on trailer broke outlets go from working to not working. toilet leaking into trailer cant use shower sinks or toilets because everything is going into black water tank. and all keystone tells me if its under warranty will fix what good is warranty if I am out already 10 weeks I WILL NEVER BUY A KEYSTONE TRAILER AGAIN . I HAVE POSTED SIGNS ON MY TRAILER AT CAMPSITE LETTING MY FELLOW CAMPERS KNOW ALSO SENT FLYERS TO OTHER CAMPING AREAS IN 100 MILE RADIUS OF ME AND THE WORD IS SPREADING.
You do Realize Keystone did not make refrigerator, microwave or TV right? The only Thing that they did wrong was to mess up your black/grey water drainage. Although they should warranty it do not be mad at any manufacturer for the appliances they put in it they did not make them, they did put that brand in there but there are only limited brands you can put in them and Keystone typically puts in the most popular one from what I can remember.
well with my Laredo it was the roof that the dealer said was probably leaking when new and sitting on the new RV lot,I did not expect to take it home put it in the barn to realize it had been leaking and they would not cover the damage or any part thereof once again keystone ripped a customer.
Thank you so much for informing us consumers about the bad quality products that are made by Thor Industries . We are looking at purchasing a Rv but have not decided on one product yet . Thanks for the heads up on the keystone Rv . Which it is not going to be any Thor Industries products etc. It’s truly very sad when a company products a cheap product & customer service is worthless .
Keystone certainly left me out in the cold with my serious Laredo problems.
Well I’m glad you like yours as for myself I will never and hope my friends and family would never have another keystone product because the major problems as per the dealer existed from the factory and guess what they say it’s all mine and they have no responsibility.hope yours is good.
